Last updated: 27 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brahmastraapplication and platform (the “Service”) provided by Algo Analytica. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is a business tool made available to authorized users invited by an organization that subscribes to Brahmastra. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or for any purpose other than the legitimate work of the organization that authorized you;
- collect, upload or submit content you are not authorized to provide, or that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
- misrepresent the location or origin of data you submit.
3. Your content and data
Data you collect and submit through the Service (including survey responses, media and notes) is made available to the organization that authorized your account, and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for any content you submit.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content provided by us, is owned by Algo Analytica and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for authorized purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or any feature, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algo Analytica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We, or your organization, may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
