Data & Account Deletion
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Brahmastra account and the data associated with it. Brahmastra accounts are created for authorized users by the organization that uses the platform.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data in either of these ways:
- Ask your organization’s administrator to remove your account. Administrators can delete an agent or operator account from within the platform at any time.
- Email us at admin@algoanalytica.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account and Data Deletion Request”. Please include your name and the organization you work with so we can verify the request.
What is deleted
On a verified request, we delete the personal data held under your account, including:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number and login credentials).
- Location and field-session movement recorded under your account.
- Media (photos, videos, voice recordings, documents) and notes you uploaded.
What may be retained
Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you may be kept. We may also retain limited records where required to comply with legal, tax or security obligations, or to resolve disputes; such records are deleted when no longer required.
Please note that survey responses and field data collected for an organization belong to that organization. Where that data has been shared with or is controlled by your organization, deletion of your account does not by itself remove data the organization independently holds; requests concerning that data should be directed to your organization.
Timeline
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies are removed on our routine backup-retention cycle.
